You will be required to agree to the following terms and conditions in order to purchase tickets:


You are required to agree to the following terms and conditions in order to purchase the tickets for this event from the host venue, Oak Park Brewing Co. LLC, Peoples Beer Fest and all of their organizers, associates, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, members, representatives, contractors, staff, and volunteers (PBF):


General Terms:

In return for PBF allowing you to voluntarily participate in this event, you agree:

  • You are 21+ in age and will bring proof of age in the form of a valid government identification in order to consume alcohol at this event.
  • PBF encourages responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages. If you have any reason to suspect that your driving ability may be impaired or will be unsafe, you agree to arrange for alternate transportation back to your destination point. PBF reserves the right to stop serving any ticket holder who appears to be visibly intoxicated. PBF encourages all attendees to plan in advance for alternative arrangements from the event, including public transportation, ride sharing apps, or having a designated driver.
  • It is understood that some beers will run out before the end of the event.
  • Any bag, purse, container, or other property in your possession is subject to inspection by PBF and its security / staff while entering the event, during the event, or during departure from the event.
  • You expressly grant PBF the non-exclusive, irrevocable, transferable, perpetual right and license to publish, print, display, record and use (by photograph, film, video, audio or any other method or device) your name, voice, image, and likeness while at PBF, and to use such recordings for any purpose and in any medium now known or hereafter devised. You release PBF from liability for any such uses, including claims for infringement of any privacy, publicity or other rights and other claims of any kind.
  • PBF shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages in any form, including but not limited to, lost revenues or lost profits, resulting from the event.
  • These terms and conditions shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the parties hereto, their successors, assigns, heirs and personal representatives.
  • These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You agree that any claims arising out of or in any way related to this event shall be brought exclusively in the Court of Sacramento County and/or the United States District Court for the State of California. You consent to this jurisdiction regardless of the location you reside, the location this ticket was purchased by you, or otherwise.
  • This represents the entire agreement between these parties. Any discussions or material terms considered prior to the purchasing of this ticket has either been expressly included herein, or is not part of the same. No oral statements by any representative of PBF has been relied upon in purchasing this ticket.
  • If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be declared invalid by Judicial determination or by express act of any legislative body, only such provision declared invalid shall be affected, and all other provisions not directly dependent thereon shall remain in full force and effect.
  • Both parties have had the opportunity to fully review these terms and conditions, including with counsel of their choosing, prior to purchasing the same. Accordingly, the parties agree they have mutually drafted these terms, and any alleged ambiguity shall not be construed in favor of one party over the other


Code of Conduct 

At OPB, we are about the ABCs, which stands for (A)rt, (B)eer, and (C)ommUnity. We want OPB to be a place where everyone feels welcome and respected. We strive to create a safe space for our team to grow and thrive personally and professionally. Creating this environment starts with our team experiencing this support, believing in this mission and being part of the message!


At OPB, we are about brewing quality craft beer and making a difference. We foster a culture where kindness is a priority and diversity is celebrated. We value honest and authentic feedback from our staff and visitors, and we will continue to make improvements based on recommendations. Our staff, as well as our guests, are diverse, eclectic and unique. We are all coming from a different place with different experiences, and we encourage one another to always come from a place of kindness and keep OPB one where all kind humans are welcome to be themselves.


Expectations for employees, guests, contractors, vendors, leadership and ownership: 

All of the employees, guests, vendors and contractors must be treated with respect and dignity.  We are committed to providing an atmosphere free of harassment and discrimination towards all people.

We will not tolerate harassment or discrimination directed at our employees by managers, supervisors, co-workers, or third parties such as contractors, vendors, or guests.  Similarly, we will not tolerate harassment or discrimination by our employees against others with whom we serve or have a business or professional relationship.


Behaviors we will not tolerate:

  • Belittling
  • Verbal, physical, or written abuse or assault
  • Bullying, intimidation, or victimization
  • Discrimination

Harassment can be identified as:

  • Offensive comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, mental illness, neuro(a)typicality, physical appearance, body size, age, race, or religion.
  • Unwelcome comments regarding a person’s lifestyle choices and practices, including those related to food, health, parenting, drugs, employment and relationships.
  • Deliberate misgendering or use of ‘dead’ or rejected names.
  • Gratuitous sexual images or behavior in the workplace.
  • Physical contact and simulated physical contact without consent or after a request to stop.
  • Threats of violence.
  • Incitement of violence towards any individual, including encouraging a person to commit suicide or to engage in self-harm.
  • Intimidation of any kind.
  • Stalking or following.
  • Harassing photography or recording, including logging online activity for harassment purposes.
  • Sustained disruption of discussion.
  • Pattern of inappropriate social contact, such as requesting/assuming inappropriate levels of intimacy with others.
  • Continued one-on-one communication after requests to cease.
  • Deliberate “outing” of any aspect of a person’s identity without their consent.
  • Publication of non-harassing private communication.
  • Verbal, physical, and visual conduct that creates an intimidating, offensive, or uncomfortable working environment or interferes with work performance violates this policy, even if it is not unlawful.
  • Making any unwelcome advances and/or verbal, physical, or visual conduct of a sexual nature.
  • Leering.
  • Making sexual gestures or sexual comments.

Harassment of any form is unacceptable in the workplace and in any work-related settings, such as trips and brewery-related social functions.


Reporting Procedure:  

If you believe you have been subject to or witnessed anything that violates this policy, please immediately report such conduct to a supervisor or manager at OPB.  If you are not comfortable reporting to any of those individuals, report the conduct to an Owner or anonymous tip line.


Supervisors and managers are responsible for reporting any complaints of a violation of this policy to an Owner or the anonymous tip line.


After Reporting:

Upon receiving a report we will promptly conduct a fair, timely and thorough investigation. A timely response to each report will be provided when the investigation is complete. Every report of misconduct or harassment will be taken seriously and investigated thoroughly.


If we determine this policy has been violated, we will take appropriate and effective action to address the situation and deter any future inappropriate conduct; this may include disciplinary action, up to and including termination or expulsion.


Most importantly, we will not retaliate against you for bringing a good faith complaint under this policy, or for reporting such misconduct or cooperating in an investigation.  If you believe someone has violated this no-retaliation policy, you should immediately notify any of the persons named above.


This event is family friendly, but only 21+ can enter the brew tents. Every attendee over 21 will be required to wear a wristband at all times while inside festival grounds. There will be a family tent area with activities for the whole family to enjoy.


The Peoples Beer Fest will be on 4th Ave directly behind Oak Park Brewing Co. in the historic neighborhood of Oak Park, Sacramento.

You will receive your ticket via Eventbrite. Please have your e-ticket ready to scan on the day of the festival and surrounding events.
